[back to the future] These Trails - "Garden Botanum" (S/T) Drag City, 1973/2011

I first discovered Hawaiian acid folk brethren These Trails when browsing through one of my all time favorite blogs, Ponytone. Their self titled debut, released in 1973 on Sinergia records, is a truly beautiful record with a number of stand out tracks, one of my personal favorite being the exquisite "Garden Bontanum." Though once hard to find, I am excited to see that Drag City has just reissued this gem. Check out "Garden Botanum" below, and then head over to Drag City to pick up your own copy.
