[news to us] Pick Up The New SKIMASK / GEFFIKA Split 12" @ O'Briens on 9/19

So far 2011 has been a great year for our local fav's SKIMASK. They just finished a three show run opening for Nashville heavy weights JEFF THE BROTHERHOOD, got their named dropped by Baltimore weirdo ED SCHRADER in Vice Magazine, and as if that weren't enough, I just heard via Facebook that the band will have copies of their split 12" with Chicago's GEFFIKA (out on Sophomore Lounge Records) available at their September 19th show at O'Briens. The split is limited to only 200 copies, so I suggest you get over there early to get your hands on a copy. You can get a sneak peak of SKIMASK's contribution to the split via The Sophomore Lounge website. They'll be sharing the stage that night with Big Black Cloud, White Pages, and Leagues. See you there!
